Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Restart, operated by Fukun Zhang, Largo Luca Della Robbia 35, 10141 Turin, Italy ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them. Our contact details are also on the Legal notice page.

The service

Restart is a daily to-do list with up to three things a day. We offer one plan, billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial. Features and pricing may change; we'll give you notice of material changes before they take effect for existing subscribers.

Your account

You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email (valid for 10 minutes, single use) — keep access to that inbox secure, since it's how your account is protected. You're responsible for the content you enter into the app.

Pricing and free trial

Restart costs €4.90 per month. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, and a payment card is needed to start it.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to the paid monthly plan and we charge €4.90 on the day the trial ends, then every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but email us if something went wrong and we'll take a look. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from this contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason. The 7-day free trial is part of that period, so cancelling during the trial costs nothing. If you are charged after the trial and withdraw before the 14 days are over, we will refund your payment as required by applicable law.

To withdraw, email us at zhangrich5@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and say that you withdraw from the contract. We will confirm by email.

Acceptable use

Don't use Restart to store or share unlawful content, attempt to break the service, or access other users' accounts.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty / limitation of liability

Restart is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect.
